SHINee Minho to Become Guest Commentator for Upcoming NBA Milwaukee Bucks Versus Brooklyn Nets Game
According to reports, on January 5, KST, SHINee member Minho will be appearing as a special guest in the upcoming NBA (National Basketball Association)game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets. Not only that, but he will also be serving as a special guest commentator for the game.
Minho's guest appearance will be broadcast through SPOTV2 this coming January 8 at 9:30 am KST. Commentators Cho Hyun Il and Kim Myung Jung will also be commentating alongside the SHINee member.
Many are excited to see the idol-actor commentate on a basketball game. In fact, it is well known by SHINee fans, collectively known as Shawols, and the entertainment industry that Minho is a fan of football.
In addition, Minho is also the host of his very own radio show called "Best Choice" on Naver NOW, a sports and variety talk show where Minho, who is known as someone athletic among idols, delivers various news regarding sports, as well as have talks with guests and fans regarding his favorite things.
Minho had even invited football commentators on the show, but not many knew that he was interested in the NBA as well.

SHINee Minho Hopes to Share His Love for Basketball as a Commentator
Regarding his love for basketball, Minho stated that he fell in love with the sport back when he was still in elementary school and would watch the NBA.
"I fell in love with basketball in elementary school and watched the NBA. At that time, the winning scene between Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant still remains in my head," Minho said.
He continued, "After that, I passionately supported Kobe and naturally the players of the [LA] Lakers. I am cheering for you," and eventually revealing that he is a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team.
When Minho was asked who his favorite sports commentator is, he mentions Cho Hyun Il and Park Se Woon, citing that Cho Hyun Il explained things Minho didn't know well to him easily.
Lastly, he added that with the invitation for him to be a guest commentator, he hopes to show many people his love for basketball.
In other news, Minho recently made a comeback as a solo artist by releasing his single "Heartbreak" back on December 21. The song went on to peak at No. 144 on Gaon's Digital chart and at No. 9 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart.
