STAYC Isa Reveals She is a Big Fan of HyunA Since Childhood
Recently, "Stereotype" singers STAYC made a guest appearance on the July 28 broadcast of MBC FM4U's radio program "Kim Shin Young's Noon Song of Hope" to promote their latest single album, "We Need Love."
During their guest appearance, host and comedienne Kim Shin Young told the STAYC members that there was a voice message from a celebrity dedicated to them and asked them to guess who it was from.
To this, Isa shared that she watched the broadcast from the previous week and correctly guessed who the celebrity was.

She said, "I saw the radio program that broadcasted last week. I saw that HyunA sunbaenim (senior) had appeared as a guest, so I think it might be her."
Then, Kim Shin Young played the voice message for the members, confirming that it was indeed from HyunA. In HyunA's voice message, she directs her words to Isa.

"I hope the name 'Isa' gets known to many people. And I don't know if we will get another chance to meet because I just finished my last [music] broadcast, but we will definitely meet again. I am always watching you from behind, and I like your kitty smile. Please contact me."

Following HyunA's message, Isa was then asked whether or not it was true that she had attended HyunA's fan signing event before she made her debut, to which Isa said yes.
She then proves she is a total fangirl for the "I'm Not Cool" singer by saying, "Ever since her solo song 'Change,' I have copied her dancing a lot. Ever since elementary or middle school, I would dance in front of my dad and mom. I continued to really like HyunA throughout her group activities as well."
HyunA released her debut solo song "Change" back in January 2010. At that time, Isa was only eight years old, as she was born in January 2002.

STAYC Surpasses Own Record for First Week Sales
Meanwhile, STAYC recently made their comeback with their third single album, "We Need Love," back on July 19, featuring the lead single "Beautiful Monster."
On July 26, Hanteo Chart announced that "We Need Love" recorded 201,072 album copies sold in its first week of release, dated July 19 to July 25. This means that STAYC surpassed their previous record of 153,301 albums sold for their second mini album, "Young-Luv.com."
The album also peaked at No. 2 on Circle Chart (previously Gaon Chart).
