5 Female Idols Who Went Viral for Controversial Outfits

1. BLACKPINK Jennie

In February, Jennie posted on her Instagram to promote the new collection released by the underwear brand, Calvin Klein.

Since 2021, the idol has been its global ambassador; thus, it is not shocking for the singer to flaunt her bikini body.

However, in this photo, Jennie shocked internet users with her black-and-white picture, which almost made people misunderstand it.

Because of its color, it's more difficult to distinguish the bare skin from the clothing, and some people mistook that she posed naked.

In the photo, the upper and lower underwear caused a blurred optical illusion and caused a pupil tremor. Netizens also expressed their embarrassment by posting comments such as:

2. MAMAMOO Hwasa

In August last year, Hwasa posted several selfies on her Instagram, along with the caption:

"End of the summer."

She uploaded it against the backdrop of the night sea while showing the beautiful night view.

In the photo, Hwasa wore a nude-tone dress and the result is dizzying. Looking at it, it created an illusion that she was not wearing anything after a glance.

Hwasa drew attention to her 'fit exposing her chest bone and abs, acknowledging her fatal sexy beauty. At the same time, some people complained about it being "too sexy."

3. (G)I-LE Soyeon

In March, (G)I-DLE leader Soyeon updated her Instagram with her photos. It seemed like the photos were taken in the waiting room of MBC's entertainment show, "Fantasy Boys."

Soyeon wore a silk dress with a subtle gold color and showed a dazzling body proportions.

However, it became a hot topic as the timing was really exquisite. If you look at the photo longer, the strong yellow light reflected caused an image that her upper chest was completely exposed.
