THIS rising actress made a revelation about TVXQ Changmin's wife. While some were delighted to know an interesting fact about the idol's partner, the idol's fans showed sour reactions.
On January 25, Park Ji Hyun, a rising actress whose fame became known through the 2022 hit drama "Reborn Rich," appeared on SBS Power FM's "Cultwo Show."
In the episode, Park talked about various things about herself and her career, but she especially caught K-pop fans' attention by talking about TVXQ Changmin and his wife.

On this day, the actress said that she's a K-pop fan, particularly of TVXQ, and then revealed that she's a member of the fandom Cassiopeia. Showing the fandom's unique fan chant, she declared:
"I am an official Cassiopeia. I liked all of their (TVXQ) songs."
Following the broadcast, fans said she was relatable for being a Cassie. However, there was a certain part in her interview that didn't sit well with the fandom, and that was when she started talking about TVXQ Changmin's wife.

Park confessed:
"In fact, my friend married TVXQ member Choi Kang Changmin. My friend was not a member of the fan club, she's just a normal citizen."
Reason Cassies Showed Mixed Reactions to Park Ji Hyun's Revelation
While Park Ji Hyun's statement seems harmless, there is a heated debate about whether she crossed the line by talking about her friend and her idol's wife.
In context, Changmin married a non-celebrity wife in October 2020 and held his first son in his arms in October 2022.

Cassies welcomed the couple warmly after the idol was still able to fulfill his responsibility as a married man, father and artist without taking a break as TVXQ.
