The two stars are reportedly in a relationship.
On February 27, Dispatch officially released an exclusive report detailing Karina and Lee Jae Wook's dating news. According to sources, Karina and Lee Jae Wook met for the first time during the Prada fashion show, which was held on January 14, 2024.
The two have since begun dating and according to the platform, Karina and Lee Jae Wook have been meeting each other in the actor's neighborhood and going out for a late-night walk.
Dispatch also announced that the two stars were also able to spend time together in Seoul and Milan amid their busy schedules, particularly Karina's activities with aespa, and Lee Jae Wook's drama endeavors.

Dispatch then revealed an anonymous insider, claiming that the two celebrities fell in love at first sight during their first meeting at the January 14 fashion show for Prada.
"I think it's fair to say it was love at first sight," the source stated. "They fell in love from the moment they first met on the runway."
C-JeS Studio and SM Entertainment have yet to release official statements regarding the matter.
Earlier on December 20, 2023, Korean netizens caught wind of a rumor stating that the soon-to-be-revealed K-pop couple would be a female idol from the fourth-gen, while the male idol was speculated from the second-gen.

The post's author claimed that the female idol would be from a highly active K-pop girl group.
On the other hand, the rumor claimed that the male individual used to be a popular idol during the second generation, but is currently a full-time, top actor.
Unfortunately, Dispatch prioritized the report's anonymity due to actor and "Parasite" star Lee Sun Kyun's tragic passing on December 27, 2023.
On January 18, HyunA and former BEAST and Highlight Junhyung simultaneously posted a similar photo of them holding hands on their respective Instagram accounts.
On social media, fans have also discussed which idols were most likely to be Dispatch's unrevealed K-pop couple. Based on their theories, Karina and 2PM Lee Junho were assumed to be the couple, but no credible evidence has been discovered to prove the claims.
