It appears the idol has definitely earned enough to last a lifetime, as she purchased her second properly. This time, however, she chose to buy a home in the United States.

According to Mansionn Global on April 16, 2024, Lisa has recently purchased a home in the United States.

The female idol recently purchased a newly renovated house in Beverly Hills for $3.95 million. According to property records, she finalized the purchase of the California home in mid-March.

Lori Harris of Keller Williams Los Feliz, along with colleagues Brock Harris and Farrah Brittany of the Agency, described the property as "magical." Despite its recent renovation, the house exudes an old-world charm that transports visitors to a magical land upon arrival in Beverly Hills.

Spanning over 1.3 acres, the property offers considerable privacy due to its vast lot size and is surrounded by hills, providing scenic views. This is important due to Lisa's mega-star status.

The seller, Los Angeles-based design firm House of Rolison, acquired the property in 2023 for $2.36 million and extensively renovated the 1924 house, giving it a twist of an English countryside manor.

The House of Rolison retained many original design elements of the home, including iron sconces, a river rock fireplace, a plaster fireplace, multiple decks, and a hillside pathway. With these old electronics, he meshed them into the new design.

The vine-covered property spans 3,387 square feet and features four bedrooms, a clay tile roof, stone flooring, and vaulted wood ceilings. It is situated in the hills of Coldwater Canyon, close to the Santa Monica Mountains.

Lisa's gated compound sits behind high hedges and boasts landscaping with olive trees and shrubs. The grounds include a spacious wooden terrace with a pizza oven. There is also room for a pool, which is included in the house plan.
